Users should:

Avoid behaviors that may make others feel misled or uncomfortable.

3. Respectful Communication

Kitoo encourages open and positive conversations. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

You must not:

•  Send threatening messages

•  Repeatedly contact someone who does not want to interact

•  Use hateful or abusive language

Kitoo allows users to express themselves through photos, videos, Moments, Signals, Connection Notes, and other content.

We encourage users to share authentic, positive, and meaningful content that helps create genuine connections.

5.1 Authentic Content

Content you share should represent yourself honestly.

You should:

•  Share content that reflects your real interests and experiences

•  Use your own photos and videos

•  Provide accurate information about yourself

You must not:

•  Use stolen or misleading content

•  Upload content belonging to someone else without permission

•  Create content intended to deceive other users

5.2 Profile Photos and Videos

Profile photos and videos should:

•  Clearly represent you

•  Be appropriate for the Kitoo community

•  Respect other people's privacy

You must not upload:

•  Fake or impersonating photos

•  Images of other people without permission

•  Misleading edited content

•  Content that violates others' rights

5.3 Moments, Signals, and Connection Notes

Kitoo features allow you to share your personality, thoughts, and experiences.

When creating:

•  Moments

•  Signals

•  Connection Notes

•  Other shared content

You should:

•  Share content that encourages meaningful interactions

•  Express yourself respectfully

•  Consider how your content may affect others

You must not use these features to:

•  Harass or target other users

•  Spread false information

•  Share harmful or inappropriate content

5.4 Prohibited Content

You must not create, upload, or share content that includes:

Illegal Content

•  Content promoting illegal activities

•  Content that encourages criminal behavior

Harmful or Violent Content

•  Threats of violence

•  Graphic violence

•  Content promoting self-harm or harm to others

Sexual Content

•  Non-consensual intimate content

•  Sexual exploitation

•  Sexual content involving minors

•  Explicit sexual content intended to harm or exploit others

Hate and Discrimination

•  Hate speech

•  Content attacking individuals or groups based on personal characteristics

5.5 Content Removal

Kitoo may remove content that violates these guidelines or restrict access to content that may harm the community.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Kitoo is built around connection, but respecting privacy is essential to maintaining a safe community.

6.1 Respect Others' Privacy

You must not:

•  Share another user's private information without permission

•  Publish private conversations

•  Share personal details that another user has not chosen to disclose

This includes information such as:

•  Phone numbers

•  Addresses

•  Private messages

•  Personal accounts

6.2 Respect Shared Content

You must not:

•  Save, share, or distribute another user's private content without permission

•  Share intimate content received from another user

•  Use another person's photos or content outside Kitoo without consent

6.3 Protect Your Own Privacy

We encourage you to:

•  Be careful when sharing personal information

•  Avoid sharing sensitive details too quickly

•  Use privacy settings and safety features available on Kitoo

7. Spam, Scam and Commercial Activity

Kitoo is designed for genuine social connections. Activities that harm trust or misuse the platform are not allowed.

You must not:

•  Send repetitive unwanted messages

•  Create content primarily for promotion

•  Manipulate engagement through spam behavior

7.2 Scams and Fraud

You must not use Kitoo to:

•  Trick users into sending money

•  Request financial assistance under false circumstances

•  Promote fake opportunities or investments

•  Engage in fraudulent activities

7.3 Unauthorized Commercial Activity

Kitoo is not intended for unauthorized commercial use.

You must not:

•  Use accounts for advertising or sales purposes

•  Redirect users to external platforms for commercial purposes

8. Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our community to help keep Kitoo safe and welcoming.

You can report:

•  Users who make you feel unsafe

You can block users to prevent further interactions.

Blocked users will no longer be able to interact with you through available Kitoo features.
